About OpenCGPA

Why
Every university sets its own grade points, credits and percentage formula. Most students end up on a calculator built for another university, or on a single-page tool that was never checked against the regulations. OpenCGPA builds one calculator per institution, from the institution's own documents.
How
We save a copy of each regulation, scheme or prospectus, transcribe the rules from it, check them a second time, and publish them with their source and the date they were checked. The full method and every document are on Rules & Sources.
Independence
OpenCGPA is not affiliated with any university, board or examination authority, and uses no logos or seals. The site is free and supported by advertising.
