Rules the calculator follows
  • Grades A+ to E are passing grades; F carries 0 points and the subject has to be cleared again.
  • A failed course's credits stay in that semester's total; once it is passed, the new grade replaces the F in that semester's SGPA.
  • YGPA = (odd-semester SGPA × its credits + even-semester SGPA × its credits) ÷ (total credits of both semesters).
  • To pass a year you need grade E or better in every subject and an SGPA of at least 5.0 in each semester.
  • The CGPA is rounded to two decimal places.
