- The ITU Admissions Test needs a score of at least 50% to be eligible.
- Instead of the ITU test you can use SAT-I with at least 550 in each of Math and EBRW, or USAT-CS, USAT-E or USAT-GS with at least 50%.
- Applicants with O-Level only, or awaiting A-Level results, are ranked on academic record 35% and admission test 65%.

How is the ITU aggregate calculated?
Matric / O-Level counts 15%, Inter Part-I / Inter / A-Level counts 35%, Admission test (ITU test, SAT-I or USAT) counts 50%. Each part is converted to a percentage of its maximum marks and multiplied by its weight.
Is this the official ITU merit?
No. OpenCGPA is independent. It applies the weights ITU published for Fall 2026 admissions; merit lists and closing aggregates are set by ITU.
