How your result is calculated
- GPA = sum of (unit credit points × numeric grade) ÷ sum of credit points of completed units.
- The GPA is reported for each course and includes every attempt at a QUT unit that receives a numeric grade, including the fail grades 3, 2 and 1 at their own value.
- A unit graded K (Withdrawn Fail: enrolment cancelled after the published withdrawal date) counts as 1.
- Unfinalised results, the ungraded results S (Satisfactory) and U (Unsatisfactory), units taken at another institution and exempt units (E) are left out.
