How your result is calculated
- UOL departments follow absolute grading: the class score in a course decides the grade.
- Each mark band includes its lower limit and excludes its upper limit (for example, A- is 80% or more but less than 85%); A is 85% or above and F is less than 50%.
- I (incomplete) grades do not enter the grade point average, and a W (withdrawal) has no impact on the CGPA.
- An undergraduate may repeat a course graded below C; only the better grade is used in the CGPA.
- S/US (satisfactory/unsatisfactory) grades carry no grade points.
