What is the DU rule for CGPA to percentage (CBCS (Ordinance IX, three-year UG))?

Percentage = CGPA (all six semesters) × 9.5. Three-year CBCS undergraduate degrees under Ordinance IX. DU's notification of 10 February 2023 sets Grand CGPA × 10 for students graduating from 2022–23.

Can I use another university's formula?

No. Each institution sets its own rule; a percentage from another formula is not equivalent. Use DU's rule for DU grade cards.
